Yohannes Cramlet
As the Chief Executive, Yohannes is responsible for setting the investment style and strategy for the firm's investments and oversees all aspects of the acquisition, disposition, property analysis, and risk assessment. He is responsible for sourcing, managing, and monitoring investments, setting policy, and working with external fund managers, analysist, and investors.
Prior to forming Cramlet Capital in 2018, Yohannes was a senior member of the leadership teams of several large Telecommunication Network Operators and responsible for the acquisition and monetization of Communication Asset portfolios valued at over $1Billion at their exit.
Yohannes began his real estate career in investments sales with Marcus & Millichap Multifamily Group. From 2004 to 2011 Yohannes moved to the principal side of investments to become a senior developer with Forest City Realty Trust, Brookfield Properties, and Village Green Companies elevating himself to one of the top real estate executives in the country. During this period, Yohannes leads the acquisition and disposition of over $500 million in Multifamily Assets.
When he is not hunting for the next investment opportunity, Yohannes enjoys helping troubled youth, racing motorcycles, traveling with his family, and being active in his church.

Lisa is responsible for leading and managing the firm’s investor relations function. She plays a critical role in building and maintaining relationships and communicating with investors, including the firm’s investment strategy and performance, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Her passion is empowering others to live their best life through real estate investing and bringing value to every interaction. Her mission is to bring the same strategies used by institutional investors to everyday investors by educating them on the power of passive commercial real estate investments.
As a Licensed Real Estate Broker and Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) Lisa brings 25 years of real estate sales acquisition, valuation, and disposition experience to this role. Her priority is to protect our partners’ investment through an uncompromising and disciplined deal review process.
Lisa started her career as a mortgage lender in 2002. In 2009 Lisa began her Real Estate sales career and was contracted to dispose of distressed assets held by Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae. Over a three-year period, Lisa disposed hundreds of these assets to a pool of value-add investors representing both the buyer and the seller. Shortly thereafter, Lisa started Lisa Maries Properties, a successful luxury Residential Real Estate firm in Orange County California.
When she is not out assessing opportunities or meeting with investors, Lisa enjoys being active in her church, spending time with her family, traveling to new places, and riding jet ski’s!

Dolf Renauld, MBA, CPA
About
As executive vice president and chief financial officer, Dolf is responsible for all the company’s financial functions, including accounting, audit, treasury, corporate finance, and investor relations. He also oversees and manages all human resources and facilities activities. His career spans more than 30 years of varied experience in monetary management, business leadership, corporate strategy, M&A, and deal sourcing.
Prior to joining Cramlet Capital in 2022, Dolf served as President & Chief Executive of OUE Unlimited, a publicly traded Real Estate Investment firm focusing on commercial office and hotels around the world. Before that, from 2006-2013, he was the President and Founder of Renauld Financial Consulting, a private real estate syndicate.
Earlier in his career, Dolf held senior leadership roles with Edison International, Ernest & Young.
When he is not managing capital, Dolf enjoys and prioritizes physical fitness and operates a Hotworx studio in Los Angeles with his family
Dolf holds both a Master of Science in Business Taxation and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Colorado State University.
